Walls Studio limited warranty

Walls Studio provides a limited warranty on custom-made upholstered furniture and related products manufactured by Walls Studio.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and service conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

If a defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Walls Studio will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective product, or
  

• Replace the defective product
  

• Building regulations and elevator reservations

• Phased project logistics for hospitality environments
  

at no cost for the repair or replacement of the item itself.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

This limited warranty applies to:

• Structural defects in frames
  

• Defects in upholstery workmanship
  

• Manufacturing defects in wall panels and upholstered components
  

• Defects in custom millwork under normal residential use
  

Coverage applies only when products are used under normal household conditions and maintained according to Walls Studio care guidelines.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  

• Fabric fading or natural material variations
  

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
  

• Improper installation or modification
  

• Commercial, contract, rental, institutional, or industrial use
  

• Improper installation
  

• Damage caused by improper cleaning methods
  

• Transportation, packaging, delivery, or freight costs
  

• Damage caused by attaching or mounting items onto wall panels
  

• Damage resulting from failure to follow Walls Studio care instructions

Any violation of care guidelines will void this warranty.

Motors, lift mechanisms, and other third-party components — including but not limited to:

• Motorized shade systems

• Quantity of Storage bed lift mechanisms
  

• TV lift systems
  

• Other mechanical systems
  

are covered exclusively under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Walls Studio will assist in facilitating warranty claims with the manufacturer when applicable but is not responsible for costs or damages beyond what is covered by the original manufacturer.

To initiate a warranty claim:

1. Contact Walls Studio within the warranty period.
   

2. Provide proof of purchase.
   

3. Submit photographs or documentation of the issue.
   

Walls Studio may request additional information before authorizing repair or replacement.

Any item repaired or replaced under warranty will be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Walls Studio’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.

In no event shall Walls Studio be liable for:

• Indirect damages
  

• Incidental damages
  

• Consequential damages
  

• Loss of use
  

• Loss of profits
  

• Damage to other property
  

• Personal injury
  

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Walls Studio and replaces all other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

No employee, agent, or representative is authorized to modify or extend this warranty.

This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights which vary by state.

Furniture & Wall Panels

1. Do not allow children to climb on furniture, panels, drawers, or shelves.
   

2. Do not place furniture near open flames or heat sources.
   

3. Avoid placing hot objects directly on furniture surfaces.
   

4. Periodically inspect and tighten hardware components.
   

5. Avoid hanging heavy objects on wall panels.
   

6. Do not lean excessive weight against wall panel systems.
   

7. Use manufacturer-recommended cleaning products only.
   

8. Walls Studio is not responsible for damage caused by improper mounting of items onto wall panels.
   

Roller Shades & Roman Shades

1. Keep cords out of reach of children and pets.
   

2. Do not tie or loop cords together.
   

3. Use provided cord cleats properly.
   

4. Inspect hardware periodically for wear.
   

5. Do not modify or repair shades independently.
   

6. Discontinue use if malfunction occurs and contact manufacturer.
   

Glass & Mirrors

1. Do not use abrasive or ammonia-based cleaners.
   

2. Avoid sharp objects that may scratch surfaces.
   

3. Ensure mirrors and glass are securely mounted.
   

4. Prevent moisture accumulation behind mirrors.
   

5. Do not attach additional hardware to mirror surfaces.
   

6. Use caution when repositioning glass components.
