Production & Lead times

Custom manufacturing timelines designed around precision, coordination, and project scope.

Every project is made to order in our fully equipped production facility in the USA.

MADE-TO-ORDER MANUFACTURINg

All products are manufactured specifically for each project — we do not produce standard inventory items.

Our production includes:

  • Custom upholstered beds

  • Wall panel systems

  • Millwork and built-ins

  • Furniture and seating

  • Drapes and motorized shade systems

  • Acoustic panels and integrated systems

Each item is developed only after measurements, material confirmation, and technical approval.

TYPICAL LEAD TIMES

Lead times vary depending on project type, scope, and material selection.

Upholstered Beds & Wall Panels

Typically: 4–8 weeks after final approval.

Custom Millwork & Built-Ins

Typically: 4–10 weeks depending on complexity.

Furniture & Seating

Typically: 4–8 weeks.

Drapes and Roman Shades

Typically: 4–8 weeks depending on fabric and motorization.

Roller Shades

Typically: 1-2 weeks depending on fabric and motorization.

Hospitality Projects

Lead times are determined by scope, quantity, and coordination requirements. Phased production schedules are available when needed.

Final timelines are confirmed after on-site measurements and material approval.

FAST TURNAROUND CAPABILITY

Because we manufacture locally in our own fully equipped facility, we are able to:

  • Maintain consistent production control

  • Reduce outsourcing delays

  • Coordinate multiple trades efficiently

  • Support projects with defined deadlines

For certain ready-to-order designs and selected window treatment systems, accelerated production may be available.

HOSPITALITY PROJECT SCHEDULING

For restaurants, hotels, and commercial environments, we offer:

  • Phased production

  • Coordinated installation schedules

  • Multi-room or multi-location sequencing

  • Alignment with renovation timelines

Our goal is to minimize disruption while maintaining quality standards.

WHAT AFFECTS LEAD TIME

Production timelines may vary based on:

  • Project complexity

  • Quantity of units

  • Custom engineering requirements

  • Material availability

  • Motorization and electrical integration

  • Site readiness

We provide realistic timelines during the design development phase to ensure clear expectations.

QUALITY OVER SPEED

While we prioritize efficiency, our process emphasizes:

  • Structural integrity

  • Precision detailing

  • Proper curing and finishing times

  • Careful inspection before delivery

Every project is built for long-term performance.
